1 ਹਲਲੂਯਾਹ! ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਓ, ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੋ!
2 ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਵੇ, ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਗ-ਬਾਗ ਹੋਣ।
3 ਓਹ ਨੱਚਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨ, ਅਤੇ ਤਬਲਾ ਤੇ ਸਿਤਾਰ ਵਜਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਗਾਉਣ!
4 ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਸ਼ ਜੋ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਸਕੀਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਤਹ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੰਗਾਰੇਗਾ,
5 ਸੰਤ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਗ-ਬਾਗ ਹੋਣ, ਓਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਛਾਉਣਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੈਕਾਰਾ ਗਜਾਉਣ!
6 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਧਾਰੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ,
7 ਕਿ ਪਰਾਈਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ, ਅਤੇ ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝਿੜਕੀਂ ਦੇਣ,
8 ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਤਵੰਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਣ,
