第 6 章：不要皈依犹太教。
如果有人传讲律法和先知中的独一上帝，却否认基督是上帝的儿子，他就是骗子，就像他的父亲魔鬼一样，被谎称为犹太人，只是拥有肉体上的割礼而已。如果有人承认基督耶稣是主，却否认律法和先知中的神，说基督的父不是天地的创造者，他就比他的父魔鬼更没有留在真理里，他是西门-马格斯的门徒，而不是圣灵的门徒。如果有人说只有一位上帝，也承认基督耶稣，但却认为主只是一个人，而不是独生的上帝、智慧和上帝的话语，认为他只是由灵魂和肉体组成的，这样的人就是蛇，为了使人堕落而宣扬欺骗和错误。这样的人理解力低下，就像他的名字是伊比昂人一样。如果有人承认上述真理，却把合法婚姻和生育儿女说成是破坏和污染，或者认为某些食物是可憎的，这样的人里面就住着背道的龙。如果有人承认圣父、圣子、圣灵，赞美被造物，却说道成肉身只是表象，并以激情为耻，这样的人就是背弃了信仰，不亚于杀死基督的犹太人。如果有人承认这些事，承认上帝的道确实住在人的身体里，就像灵魂住在身体里一样，因为住在身体里的是上帝，而不是人的灵魂、这种人既不是爱上帝的人，也不是爱基督的人，而是败坏自己肉体的人，因此没有圣灵，与基督格格不入。所有这些人都只是死人的纪念碑和坟墓，上面只写着死人的名字。因此，你们要躲避现在在今世儿女身上作祟的邪灵的诡计和圈套，免得在任何时候，你们的爱被战胜，变得软弱无力。但你们要同心合意，"同心合意，判断一致"，对同一件事总是有相同的看法，无论是在安逸时还是在危险时，无论是在忧伤时还是在喜乐时。我感谢上帝，通过耶稣基督，我对你们问心无愧，没有人有能力私下或公开夸耀我给任何人带来了或多或少的负担。我也希望所有在我中间说过话的人，不要以我的话作为对他们不利的见证。
