第 7 章：没有主教和长老，什么都做不了。
正如主没有父就不做任何事，因为祂说："我靠着自己不能做什么"，所以你们无论是长老、执事还是平信徒，都不应该在没有主教的情况下做任何事。不要认为没有主教批准的事情是值得称赞的。因为每件这样的事都是有罪的，都是违背上帝旨意的。你们应该聚集在同一个地方祷告。要有一个共同的祈求，一个心思，一个盼望，在基督耶稣里的信心毫无瑕疵，没有比这更美好的了。你们所有人都应该像一个人一样，聚集在上帝的殿中，像聚集在一个祭坛上一样，聚集在一位耶稣基督面前，他是未被玷污的上帝的大祭司。
