It's not because our brother is right, but because this is how we display God's wisdom by choosing to work together, to put my mission, my agenda, my feelings down, make them something that's here to support my brother and the group. The Scripture tells us it doesn't matter how many widows that we feed, how many stray cats we rescue, how many flat tires we change. If we can't get along together, we failed. If we can't work together well, we failed.
And people who walk in the light submit themselves to each other, work together so that there's not just these little lights here and there, but that the world is full.
