So imagine a situation that a man dies, survived by two nephews. So the second paragraph of his will says, "I leave the house and farm to my nephew John." The third paragraph says, "The rest and residue of my estate I leave to Peter." Okay? So Peter goes to court and says, "It's all mine." You know, look at paragraph three, and they present paragraph three to the judge. "The rest and residue of my estate goes to Peter. It's all mine."
