Lesson Transcript
So, walk as children of the light, finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. How do you find out what's acceptable to the Lord? The Greek word here is δοκιμάζω, which means to test, and then to approve, to discern, to examine, and then to like. So instead, we're transformed by having our mind made new so that we can prove, we can test these things, and then live them out and say, "This is what we found out, this is what God wants, this is what it looks like to follow the sermon on the mountain."
