I don't want to call it a crisis, but we were going on a journey. We had discovered that we were wrong about a lot of things in the Bible, and what we were taught didn't match up with history, didn't match up with the early church. I was with the Baptist guy that was sending me to hell almost every other message. He had no idea that I believed half the things he was sending me to hell for. And it forced me to search and search and search the scriptures and history to see what was truth.
And during that time, I became very uncertain and didn't want to teach. And so we started this second church plant, and I was listening to a lot of David Pawson, and he is now.
