Again, I don't understand why this is such a big issue on baptism. Because our church and all the rest of the Anabaptists, we would all agree that the following things need to precede baptism: a person should not be baptized unless they have faith in Jesus Christ, unless they have repented of their life and have been converted. They've turned around to follow Christ, and they've made a commitment to follow Him. That, yeah, they're not just getting baptized and, okay, I'm going to just maybe change.
No, I'm giving my life to Christ, and there's going to be a complete change in my life through His power.
