In fact, we were blessed to live in a time when that was just about every home. I don't mean every home was happy, but every home was normally stable. Divorce was just almost unheard of. I mean, when I look back on my childhood, I can only think of one person I ever knew from grade school through high school who was from a divorced family. I mean, it was just so rare. Now, in some states, it would have been, you know, a little bit more common.

I was living in Texas, but like I say, you just, you hardly heard about it. It was like a something, oh, that's something they do in California or something like that. It was just really rare. I mean, families stayed together, children had that stability, and that was normal.
