Reproofs of instruction are the way of life. So our parents are here to give us training and guidance. And, you know, when we're young, when we live at home, we often don't appreciate the rules, the strictures our parents place on us. But they do this out of love, and God knows this, and that we need this, and we need it from both parents. Again, listen to your father who begot you, and do not despise your mother when she is old. Let your father and your mother be glad, and let her who bore you rejoice.
