One of our listeners submitted the question, "How did the early church practice the Holy Kiss?" In fact, it was a series of questions. And then he continued, "How do we greet one another with the Holy Kiss today, and to whom and how often should we do it?" All of these are excellent questions. And in case you're wondering, today the Anabaptist churches and the Brethren churches, like the German Baptist Brethren, still practice the Holy Kiss.

1 Peter 5:14, where Peter likewise closes saying, "Greet one another with a kiss of love." So sometimes it's called the Kiss of Love, sometimes the Kiss of Peace, and sometimes the Holy Kiss. Join us in earnestly contending for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.
