Lesson Transcript
Jesus said a disciple is not above his teacher. Paul is never above Jesus, and Paul would have never claimed ever consciously taught anything that would contradict Jesus. Jesus said, "Do not be called teachers, for one is your teacher, the Christ." I mean, it is okay to use the word teacher because we do see it throughout the New Testament, but what he's saying, you don't set anyone else up as the teacher, even Paul. It is Jesus Christ who is the teacher.
The apostles themselves only reinforce the teachings of Jesus.
