For from the health of our marriages come both great evils and great blessings, to families and to entire nations. Nothing binds human life together so strongly as the love between husband and wife. For when husband and wife live in harmony, the children are well raised, the household runs smoothly, and even friends, neighbors, and relatives share in the sweetness of their peace. But when it is otherwise, everything is overturned and thrown into confusion.
And we all live in communities that the anchor of communities is marriages.
