God's Word is a lamp to our feet, and these are things to chew on. There's lots of depth there, and especially the things that talk about our part, the sheep being clay that the potter can work with, being fruitful branches, and then applying Jesus being bread, God being a rock, God's Word being a lamp. Those are things for us to think about and continue to chew on through our lives and make use of them, make them part of our lives and guide us.

So it's important to chew on God's Word, especially those Word pictures, to think about them and continue as we're walking through our lives, living through our day, to think about, am I being like this?
