God's Mercy: Dwelling Among His People on Earth #shorts

Lesson Transcript

He goes back up and he meets with God, and what does God do? This is amazing because this shows how merciful and loving and long-suffering the God we serve is. Instead of God just dwelling up on the mountain for the rest of the time, looking down at a people who are stiff-necked and go by the way of their hearts, he decides that he's going to come down to earth and dwell among his people.

How easy would it have been for him to just keep the same thing, to just stay up there on the mountain, have somebody come up and receive instruction from him, and then go back down and tell it to the people? But no, he decides that he wants to dwell with his people.
