Apostle's Praise: Your Faith Heard Worldwide!

When he says, "Your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world." Wow. I mean, what would you think if you heard it? If we got a letter, you know, from an apostle and said that about our church in Chambersburg, boy, it's, "Your faith is spoken throughout the whole world." I mean, that would be astounding. I mean, you would want to listen to the rest of the letter. It's like, really? Man, that, that's, that would really lift you up.

And again, if he's saying that it's true, I mean, Rome was the largest city on earth. People were aware of what was going on in Rome. And obviously this was a very godly, uh, church. If the whole world, now the whole world, he means the Roman world. He doesn't mean here in the United States, the Native Americans and all that. He's talking about the Roman world, that, yeah, your faith is spoken about. People are talking about it everywhere. So that is, is quite something to be praised for.

And so we know we are, he's writing to a very godly church.
