Am I Chaff or Fruitful Tree? A Question for You #shorts

Is contrasted to the picture of chaff. Chaff is the—it's dry, crusty stuff. Usually, when they thresh grain, it's worthless. You want to get rid of it, and it just blows away. There's no stability or anything to it. And I could sit here for 15 minutes and try to explain all the details and all of what's in there, but it's not as good as just having the picture there. Am I chaff, or am I a tree that's fruitful and stable? And so these things are meant for us to chew on and continue to look at them.

One of the benefits of this is because they pull us towards something. Instead of just a list of things, you say, "Okay, did that." But it sets a goal for us, and we have to love that goal. We have to say, "I want to be the tree in Psalm 1," and many other things. And so you have to then be creative and think, "So am I being like that? Am I keeping my roots in the water?"
