A Vision for Kingdom Unity - by Micah Hozen | KFWest Visionary Weekend 2023

Fellowship leads to unity. True fellowship leads to true unity. Love and Unity are intrinsically connected in the teachings of Jesus. He called his followers to show the world that they were his, by their love for one another. Later he prayed to his Father that he would unite them as one, in order for the world to believe that Jesus was sent from God. This must happen in local churches, and it is a beautiful thing when it does! But can it happen more broadly? Does broader unity always lead to lukewarm, washed-out ecumenicalism? In this message, brother Micah lays out a vision that fellowship with other kingdom Christian does not have to bring us down to the lowest common denominator; but we can instead strengthen one another, and walk away from that time of fellowship closer to Jesus. The vision is not to undermine, nor to break down the local churches, but rather to establish them. Furthermore, it is to move on to greater unity in the faith. “Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” Psalm 133:1 See https://kingdomfellowshipwest.org for more
