Story Behind the Song
“Revelation Song” is a contemporary worship song by Jennie Lee Riddle, centered on the heavenly worship scenes in the book of Revelation. It became widely known through recordings by Gateway Worship, Kari Jobe, and Phillips, Craig & Dean. The Shenandoah Christian Music Camp performance described uses an arrangement with an introductory reference to the older hymn “Holy, Holy, Holy,” whose words are by Reginald Heber and tune NICAEA is by John Bacchus Dykes.
