And he sent Eliakim the steward, and Shebnah the scribe, and the elders of the priests, clothed with sackcloth, to Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz.

So the servants of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah.

And Isaiah said to them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith the Lord, Be not afraid of the words which thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of the Assyrians have blasphemed.

And Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, I have heard thy prayer to me concerning Sennacherib king of the Assyrians.

In those days was Hezekiah sick even to death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came in to him, and said to him, Thus saith the Lord, Give charge to thy household; for thou shalt die, and not live.

And Isaiah was in the middle court, and the word of the Lord came to him, saying,

And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, What is the sign that the Lord will heal me, and I shall go up to the house of the Lord on the third day?

And Isaiah said, This is the sign from the Lord, that the Lord will perform the word which he has spoken, the shadow of the dial shall advance ten degrees: or if it should go back ten degrees this would also be the sign.

And Isaiah the prophet cried to the Lord: and the shadow returned back ten degrees on the dial.

And Isaiah the prophet went in to King Hezekiah, and said to him, What said these men? and whence came they to thee? And Hezekiah said, They came to me from a distant land, even from Babylon.

And Isaiah said to Hezekiah, Hear the word of the Lord:

And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, Good is the word of the Lord which he has spoken: only let there be peace in my days.

And King Hezekiah and Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz prayed concerning these things, and they cried to heaven.

And the rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and his kindness, behold, they are written in the prophecy of Isaiah the son of Amoz the prophet, and in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel.

The vision which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw, which he saw against Judah and against Jerusalem, in the reign of Uzziah, and Jotham, and Ahaz, and Hezekiah, who reigned over Judea.

The word which came to Isaiah the son of Amoz concerning Judea, and concerning Jerusalem.

And the Lord said to Isaiah, Go forth to meet Ahaz, thou, and thy son Jashub who is left, to the pool of the upper way of the fuller’s field.

The vision which Isaiah son of Amoz saw against Babylon.

then the Lord spoke to Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and take the sackcloth off thy loins, and loose thy sandals from off thy feet, and do thus, going naked and barefoot.

And the Lord said, As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot three years, there shall be three years for signs and wonders to the Egyptians and Ethiopians;

So the servants of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah.

And Isaiah said to them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith the Lord, Be not thou afraid at the words which thou hast heard, wherewith the ambassadors of the king of the Assyrians have reproached me.

And Isaiah the son of Amoz was sent to Hezekiah, and said to him, Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, I have heard thy prayer to me concerning Sennacherib king of the Assyrians.

And it came to pass at that time, that Hezekiah was sick even to death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him, and said to him, Thus saith the Lord, Give orders concerning thy house: for thou shalt die, and not live.

And the word of the Lord came to Isaiah, saying, Go, and say to Hezekiah,

Now Isaiah had said to Hezekiah; Take a cake of figs, and mash them, and apply them as a plaster, and thou shalt be well.

And Isaiah the prophet came to King Hezekiah, and said to him, What say these men? and whence came they to thee? and Hezekiah said, They are come to me from a land afar off, from Babylon.

And Isaiah said, What have they seen in thy house? and Hezekiah said, They have seen everything in my house; and there is nothing in my house which they have not seen: yea, also the possessions in my treasuries.

And Isaiah said to him, Hear the word of the Lord of hosts:

And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, Good is the word of the Lord, which he hath spoken: let there, I pray, be peace and righteousness in my days.

For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,

And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,

He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?

Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.

And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?

And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers,

Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.

And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

And he used to put you in mind of the Scripture of Isaiah, which saith, Even if thou pass through the fire, it shall not burn thee.

But they called upon the Lord who is merciful, And stretched out their hands toward him: And immediately the Holy One heard them out of heaven, And delivered them by the ministry of Isaiah.

For Hezekiah had done the thing that pleased the Lord, And was strong in the ways of David his father, As Isaiah the prophet, who was great And faithful in his vision, had commanded him.
