Hello Brethren as the title suggests what do you do to safeguard yourself in the workplace or school from unnecessary interactions with the opposite sex, I am not implying that say in my example I can't talk to females at all but at the same time, I would like to try to keep those interactions at the minimum amount needed. Am I wrong what is your opinion?
I am a teenager (well a little past now I guess, but I feel like one in my level of experience) so I don't have answers but I do have some observations.
I have found it helpful to keep conversation limited to work subjects. These conversations are easily isolated from anything emotional. Of course going beyond this can be edifying but I don't think it necessary, especially when tempted to let emotions develop. At the least stay away from joking, or too much lighthearted talk. Test your integrity by having conversations within earshot of others. Nothing new here, I'm sure.
