Who do you turn to for spiritual counsel when those around you are not Kingdom minded? Many Kingdom Christians are not on the internet or reachable in our day and age?

Hi, Samuel Wanted to see if someone responded to you. The best case scenario is to be apart of a local body of believers but if not I would try to get in contact with some of the folks here or any anabaptist group that has connections. Suggestions may be this site FOTW(Followers of the Way) and maybe Anabaptist perspectives.

Sameul, I read the testimony you shared on your page and I greatly enjoyed it and glorify God for what He has done in your life. Thank you for sharing that.

I do know that there are wise and true believers with spiritual wisdom that we can meet both in day to day life and online. They are just very difficult to find. If you go to just any local church you are most likely to be counseled and taught in empty and dead faith that doesn't truly take you deeper in faith with Christ and living the life that He requires. It is very difficult to find individuals, let alone groups of people that really understand and live for Christ with all their hearts.

I actually have a post on here asking about the teaching of Jesus about forsaking all that we have asking people's thoughts on that and where it may be possible to find strong believers who practice that but I didn't get much response. One person responded. The true Christian life can be a lonely road but it doesn't have to be. I know there are strong kingdom minded Christians around that are available to connect to.

I know Lord Jesus said "seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness" His kingdom consists of those who are truly surrendered to Jesus as king and it is something to seek and is not easy to find. I am one person who is giving their all to following Christ and I am in the process of learning and growing and training myself more accurately in the faith, utilizing the resources on here and learning more from the early Christians and how they understood the faith.

I am willing to connect if you want a brother to connect to. I definitely want to connect with anyone who is truly serious about Jesus to pursue to live in purity and righteousness, who loves Him and pursues to obey His commandment to love one another.

Hi Justin,

Thanks your reply and encouraging words. I would like to open a dialogue with you and others that are likeminded. I'll look at your post here shortly. God bless.
