Hi, I am from South Africa, I work full time and part time research as much as I can. I came across the Early Christians youtube video's and I was so intrigued to see the difference in then and now, so I had to find out more. I cannot wait to dig deep and learn as much as I can.
Hello Michael I hope you enjoy your stay.
Hi Sean
Thank you, much appreciated.
Kind regards
Michael
Welcome to our community, dear brother Michael. We are very glad that you have joined us here.
I too am very convicted, and very humbled; but also very inspired, whenever I hear the messages regarding the Early Christians. They certainly carried on an overcoming testimony in the midst of lots of hardships and adversity!
I do believe that God is faithful and He can regain the spirit of Early Christianity, the spirit of the New Testament, if we will deeply humble ourselves, admit our mistakes, and begin to take seriously all the words of our Lord Jesus Christ and His apostles in every aspect of our lives, including a corporate church life. People are hungry for the reality of the Kingdom of God, but they often despair because they do not know where to find it.
May this forum server to strengthen our faith, and be a place where we can "consider how to stir up one another to love and good works" (Hebrews 10:24).
May God bless your richly as you seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.
Hello Michael! I am actually also from a part of Africa too (EA, Tanzania) although I know that South Africa and Tanzania are worlds apart in terms of social-economic status! Welcome to the platform.
