Honestly, a coffee shop with pagan images is not the same as working for a temple with idols. I don't know anyone in this culture who actually worships the pagan images on coffee mugs, so I would personally not worry. In my opinion use the money for the work you've done. Remember the Israelites who went out of Egypt during the Exodus. They were given gold (possibly in the form of Egyptian small idols or possibly gold with pagan symbols and inscriptions) by their Egyptian masters. The people of God used that gold for good (to build the Tabernacle) and for evil (the golden calf.) And that's not the only example, think of Daniel and his three friends working in a completely pagan environment in Babylon. And then there is the early chiristian period. The many coins of antiquity that our christian brethren used for everyday life, had sometimes images of pagan gods (or emperors who were said to be divine) and/or inscriptions that reflected pagan values, not christian, yet the apostles had nothing to say about that. I leave you with 1Corinthians10: "31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God. 32 Do not offend Jews or Greeks, or the church of God; 33 just as I also please everyone in all things, not seeking my own benefit but the benefit of the many, so that they may be saved."
