I watched the video how to cancel the donation plan but I don't have a down arrow beside the profile picture and when I do navigate to the subscription plan page there is no option to cancel my plan, just change the plan. Please help.

If you go under “membership”, there is a cancel button at the bottom. That should cancel it.
