My name is Chantal and I'm from Philadelphia. I've noticed these past few years that something was missing from my Bible Study, I had a feeling that I was studying/interpreting the Bible wrong. I came across the teaching of David Bercot along with his books (His dictionary of Early Christian Beliefs is my second favorite book. I now have confidence in my bible study and it's a pleasure to be able to learn what the Early Church Fathers believed. Thank you!

I'm currently looking for a church home. The churches I was a member of previously had the glorifying the Pastor mentally and with me studying a lot on my own I noticed that they weren't teaching based on biblical concepts.

Perhaps you knew this but Bercot's church (https://www.chambersburgcf.org/) is a few hours from Philadelphia. Perhaps it would be worth visiting and getting advice about finding fellowship?
