Fragment 45

"And they killed Balaam, the son of Beor, with the sword." For, no longer speaking by the Spirit of God and establishing a law of fornication contrary to God's law, he shall no longer be considered a prophet, but a soothsayer. Because he did not remain in God's commandment, he received the just reward of his evil actions.
