An extremely helpful course to understand the Old Testament. The teaching tools presented are very useful in mining the many gems that are contained in the Scriptures. I also liked that he taught about some difficult stories that are not taught by most Christians rather than some easier ones.

I thought that the content of this course was very well done. The main word I would use to describe this course is "encouraging"! I really appreciate how dear brother Chuck presented multiple examples of how to put together and present an expository teaching lesson using some really tough portions of the Old Testament!

Explained some hard Old Testament stories

This was an interesting course! I am not a Bible teacher or anything of the sort, but I still enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone interested in learning the Bible!

I highly recommend this course! It changed the way I think about the Old Testament and makes me want to study it more.

I find original thinking to be rare for me, so being able to quickly hear from anyone who has spent a long time putting lessons together is an ongoing blessing. I think Chuck would agree to quote Issac Newton: " If I have seen further than others it is because I have stood on the shoulders of giants".

This course was truly a blessing! To my shame I must admit that I've never studied scripture like this. The last lesson on Judges 19 truly was amazing and opened my eyes to the error of my ways and to the validity of studying the Bible like this. What a blessing! Thank you for this lesson. I suggest everyone take this course. Your studies will be life changing.
