This is a great series on the two kingdom concept and allegiance to Jesus. A challenge to us believers to truly be obedient to the teachings of Jesus.

Very nice to hear your story and learn a lot of things about moving from the other kingdom into The Kingdom of Heaven. :) This helps me be able to better witness to friends, family, and others. Good work, and good fruit for the Kingdom of Heaven!!!!

While I learned from this and agree with it the quiz I found frustrating and not clear in many cases unlike other lessons I have done here.

This course has helped me to know better why I believe what I believe about nonresistance and the two kingdoms concept. I appreciate that it addresses some difficult questions about our beliefs on nonresistance and how to answer them

While I was already strongly grounded on the concept of non-resistance, this was helpful in bringing the whole together in an interesting thought-provoking way. This is a must to anyone who wants to learn the historic view of what Jesus really taught in the Sermon on the Mount. My key take away: What if Jesus really meant every word He said.

Your story was one of my first exposures to non-resistance, and it spoke very clearly. David Bercot and others like him also helped. I especially like the video you did with your wife about the subject. Great story. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve had conversations at length with individuals that promote the just war theory, and/or unflinchingly endorsed war as a part of life,. At times it was difficult for me too understand exactly where they were coming from, and how to answer the questions they had about nonresistance,.This course has helped me understand the bigger picture of the Nonresitance doctrine, and the history of how Christians apostized to the just war theory,. I want to share what I’ve learned for the enlargement of Gods Kingdom,. Blessings to you all for the hard work behind this course!

Much of this teaching on nonresistance and peacemaking is new to me, and I’m grateful for it. I loved both the teaching and also very much appreciated the personal story / journey shared by Dean and Tania. I feel strongly in agreement with most of the points and need to wrestle with / reflect on some of the specifics. Thank you very much, it’s refreshing to hear the question asked: “What if Jesus meant every word he preached?”

I really appreciated hearing Dean and his wife's testimony of leaving the army and how God led them.
I also found the Q and A very practical and helpful.

This course by Dean Taylor is very encouraging and it's a testament to God's faithfulness. The Taylors had to choose between giving up their beloved Military jobs and following the hard and clear teachings of Jesus. What does 'no compromise' mean for me in regards to my Allegiance to King Jesus? Dean clearly lays out the case for nonviolence in the Kingdom of God, and how it is separate from the nation where we live.

As a young Christian man living in America, I found myself easily wrapped up in “American conservatism”. My mind was wrapped up in the politics of this world during this election cycle. This course came at the right time and was a great blessing. Thank you.

I had a recent discussion with one of my brethren and he asked some questions that I wasn't able to fully answer that left me thinking for a while. These videos answered the questions and cleared up much of the non-resistant view without having elaborate theories rather focusing on the totality of the scriptures that were given to us by God.

I found this course to be very informative and enlightening. I know someone personally that is very patriotic and often argues for war or resistance. I have also attended churches that tell their congregations it is their "Christian duty to vote", are very patriotic and celebrate members that are in the armed forces. Reading that last statement, the "armed forces" you would think that just that title, "armed forces" would raise a red flag as we've been instructed not to take up arms against our enemies, or the enemies of the country we live in. Thank you Dean and all involved in this course.

As someone who had a basic understanding of Kingdom teaching, but still had many questions, this course was beneficial in helping me develop a more solid understanding of the teachings of Jesus and His kingdom. I would highly recommend!

I hear the soundness in this message. It is a hard pill to swallow, but I pray it will go down eventually as it is God's Word.

The basic points that are stressed again and again in these six messages are so crucially important - Jesus really meant every word He said! And He intends for His people to put His words into practice! He really does!
Receiving the words of Jesus as simple, innocent, little children is so crucially important, but so difficult in these days where the "hard sayings" of Jesus are either completely ignored, explained away, or dismissed through the use of hypothetical "what if" questions.
Cutting through all of the ways in which modern Christianity is unfaithful to the plain words of Jesus was very helpful to me. And I was very convicted by the fact that dear brother Dean kept coming back to the fact that we do not like Jesus's plain words because they are hard words, hard to practice. But God's will for a faithful people whom He can call His own and over whom He can write His own Name is frustrated whenever we accept reasons to not practice what Jesus has clearly taught.
I appreciated the diversity of styles in these messages - personal testimony from dear brother Dean and his dear wife, teaching sessions, and panel Q&A sessions. That kept things very interesting. I also appreciated the short video clips that were inserted into several of the teaching sessions.
This course was a much-needed reminder that the Bible is not primarily a book of theology, but a book to guide our day-by-day living. "The Bible is simple. It really is." Amen, dear brother Dean. Amen and Amen!
