Effective September 14, 2026. Society of the Good Shepherd operates TWELVE, a private team workspace for authorized people working with the church, Brettville Trailers, or The Historic Faith. Daniel Willis grants access individually. TWELVE is free for users and organizations and has no public account registration.
Information used by the service
TWELVE stores account information such as your name, email address, account identifier, authentication records, session information, organization memberships and permissions. It also stores the information you and other authorized members enter, including tasks, priorities, issues, comments, team information, meeting records and calendar events. Records may identify their authors and assigned members. Church membership and workspace content may reveal religious affiliation. Please enter only information appropriate for your workspace.
Why information is used and who can see it
Information is used to sign you in, enforce access permissions, display your workspace, coordinate team work and respond to support requests. Content is available to authorized members and administrators according to workspace permissions. Administrators and service operators may access records to manage the service, investigate misuse and resolve problems. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate and secure the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. TWELVE does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Device storage and technical information
The app keeps website session and application data in its own device storage so you can stay signed in. The service processes technical request and error information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the app. This iPhone and iPad release does not allow microphone or camera recording. It does not provide AI transcription or automatic task extraction.
Retention, access and deletion requests
Workspace information is retained for the organization's ongoing use. Contact Daniel Willis to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or removal of your TWELVE access. Your identity and organization authority may need to be verified. Shared organization records, information needed for security or legal obligations, and backup copies may require separate handling; the administrator will explain what can be removed and any information that must be retained. Removing the app from your device does not delete server-side records.
