But one thing you could try to do in the meanwhile is switching the quality to Mobile (on the bottom right hand corner of the video play screen). If that still doesn’t work you could switch to Audio which would use even less data.
Thanks for your question. Mark is correct the best option is to use the quality control option on the player itself to lower the quality until it plays smoothly. We may be migrating our video hosting service to a platform that will handle the quality changes automatically.
Concerning the mobile app. We hope to launch that Q1 or early Q2 of 2021! This should allow for offline lesson syncing.
